Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Erhardt-+-Leimer TYP F 31E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Foxboro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gf-Signet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fms product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Foxboro such as the E69FTI2JS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1314934 manufactured by Gf-Signet and we are pleased to be able to service most Gf-Signet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA203125 by Manufacturer Fms as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Evoqua-Water Brand 0400001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Faulhaber such as 1516E006SRIE2512 equipment made by Faulhaber have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Faulhaber products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Faulhaber" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E13DMP made by Foxboro as well as the popular 95DSS21 original spares produced by Fireye

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SDE1V1G2H18CP1M8 by Festo and 1516E006SRIE2512 spares by Faulhaber are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75390040002 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
